Οι Scorpions, το θρυλικό ροκ συγκρότημα, 50 χρόνια μετά την κυκλοφορία του πρώτου τους άλμπουμ, παρουσιάζουν το “Rock Believer” σε μια περιοδεία που θα τους φέρει και στην Αθήνα και θα είναι η πιο εντυπωσιακή συναυλία που θα παρουσιάσουν στο Ελληνικό κοινό.
Οι Scorpions, ένα από τα μακροβιότερα – και πιο επιτυχημένα εμπορικά – γκρουπ της rock, έμειναν ενεργοί όλα αυτά τα χρόνια κυκλοφορώντας δεκάδες άλμπουμ, ενώ οι πωλήσεις των δίσκων τους ανέρχονται σε 100 εκατομμύρια αντίτυπα σε όλο τον κόσμο.
Το Scorpions Best παραμένει το πρώτο σε πωλήσεις άλμπουμ στην χώρα μας και το ελληνικό κοινό τους ακολουθεί πιστά σε κάθε επίσκεψή τους στην Αθήνα.Τα ραδιόφωνα δεν σταματάνε να παίζουν τις μεγάλες τους επιτυχίες όπως “Still Loving You”, “Holiday”, “When the Smoke is Going Down”, “Always Somewhere”, “Wind of Change”, “Send Me an Angel”, αλλά και τους ροκ ύμνους όπως “Rock You Like a Hurricane”, “Blackout”, “Bad Boys Running Wild”, “In Trance”, “He’s a Woman She’s a Man”, “No One Like You”, “Rhythm Of Love”, κ.α.Όπως έχει πει και ο τραγουδιστής τους Klaus Meine, “Μπορεί το ροκ να έπαψε να είναι τόσο επαναστατικό, αλλά οι νέοι χρειάζονται αυτή τη μουσική ως «τροφή για την ψυχή». Και αυτό δεν θα αλλάξει ποτέ…”
Κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημίας, το συγκρότημα αποσύρθηκε στο στούντιό τους στο Ανόβερο και άρχισε να δουλεύει πάνω σε νέα τραγούδια. Για πρώτη φορά ο πρώην ντράμερ των Mötorhead, Mikkey Dee, συμμετέχει και προσθέτει την δική του ενέργεια στον θρυλικό hard rock ήχο των Scorpions. “Το άλμπουμ δημιουργήθηκε και ηχογραφήθηκε με βάση το DNA των Scorpions σε συνθέσεις Schenker/Meine”, λέει ο frontman Klaus Meine και εξηγεί γιατί τα νέα τραγούδια είναι τόσο δυνατά όσο τα άλμπουμ τους της δεκαετίας του ’80: “Ηχογραφήσαμε το άλμπουμ ως συγκρότημα ζωντανά, σε ένα δωμάτιο, όπως κάναμε τη δεκαετία του ’80. Ανυπομονούμε να ξεκινήσουμε και επιτέλους να παίξουμε ξανά για τους θαυμαστές μας”.
Ο ήχος έχει τόση ενέργεια όπως μια έκρηξη αδρεναλίνης και δεν αφήνει καμία αμφιβολία για το είδος της δύναμης που θα προσφέρουν ζωντανά οι θρύλοι της ροκ!Το “Rock Believer” κυκλοφόρησε στις 11 Φεβρουαρίου 2022. Το 2022 είναι πραγματικά μια πολύ ξεχωριστή χρονιά: Ακριβώς 50 χρόνια νωρίτερα, στις 22 Ιανουαρίου 1972, οι Scorpions έκαναν το θεαματικό ντεμπούτο τους στη δισκογραφία και ξεκίνησαν τη διεθνή τους καριέρα. Άλλο ένα ορόσημο και ένας ακόμη λόγος για να γιορτάσουν με τους θαυμαστές τους σε όλο τον κόσμο.
Οι Scorpions θα ξεκινήσουν την “Rock Believer World Tour” τους από το Λας Βέγκας, στις 26 Μαρτίου. Στη συνέχεια θα διασχίσουν τον Ατλαντικό και θα κατευθυνθούν προς την Ευρώπη, όπου θα παίξουν στο Accor Arena στο Παρίσι -έναν από τους μεγαλύτερους συναυλιακούς χώρους της Ευρώπης- καθώς και σε δέκα ευρωπαϊκές χώρες, ανάμεσά τους και η Ελλάδα. Ο Klaus Meine εξηγεί: “Ποτέ στην καριέρα μας δεν σταματήσαμε για τόσο καιρό τις συναυλίες, όσο κατά τη διάρκεια της πανδημίας. Γι’ αυτό ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε ξανά σε περιοδεία.”Από την άλλη, ο Alice Cooper, ο θρύλος της ροκ μουσικής, έχει ήδη γιορτάσει την επέτειο των 50 χρόνων από την κυκλοφορία του πρώτου του άλμπουμ και συνεχίζει να κάνει περιοδείες παρουσιάζοντας μοναδικά εντυπωσιακά shows.
Ο Alice Cooper από τα τέλη της δεκαετίας του ’60 και στην πορεία, άφησε εποχή με τις “ακραίες” εμφανίσεις του, καλυμμένος με αίμα, περιτριγυρισμένος φίδια, γκιλοτίνες, ηλεκτρικές καρέκλες, αλυσίδες και όχι μόνο, με αποτέλεσμα να ανακηρυχθεί ως “The Godfather of Shock Rock”.Το 2022 συμπληρώνονται 50 χρόνια από την κυκλοφορία του “School’s Out”, του απόλυτου ροκ ύμνου για τον εορτασμό του τέλους της σχολικής χρονιάς και τη βουτιά στο καλοκαίρι. Μισό αιώνα αργότερα, μπορούμε ακόμα να ακούσουμε την φωνή αυτού του ύμνου – Alice Cooper – να τον ερμηνεύει σε συναυλία.
Επιπλέον, ο Alice Cooper κυκλοφόρησε το 2021 ένα νέο άλμπουμ με τίτλο “Detroit Stories”. Ο δίσκος αποτίει φόρο τιμής στο Detroit, την γενέθλια πόλη του Alice Cooper. Παραγωγός του “Detroit Stories” είναι ο Bob Ezrin, ο οποίος ήταν παραγωγός και του “School’s Out” το 1972. Μια σειρά από τεράστιες επιτυχίες του με τον Cooper, οδήγησε τον Ezrin να γίνει γρήγορα ένας από τους πιο επιτυχημένους παραγωγούς της ροκ. Ήταν άλλωστε και ο παραγωγός του θρυλικού άλμπουμ “The Wall” των Pink Floyd – ένα από τα άλμπουμ με τις μεγαλύτερες πωλήσεις στην ιστορία. Η ιδέα να τραγουδήσουν τα παιδιά του σχολείου το αξέχαστο ρεφρέν “we don’t need no education” στο “Another Brick in the Wall”, προήλθε από τον Ezrin!
Στην συναυλία στο ΟΑΚΑ, θα μας παρουσιάσει τις μεγαλύτερες επιτυχίες του, όπως το “Poison”, το “Bed of Nails”, το “School’s Out”, το “House of Fire”, το “Feed My Frankenstein” και πολλά άλλα από δίσκους που έγραψαν ιστορία, όπως το θρυλικό “Trash” του 1986 ή το “Billion Dollar Babies” του 1973.
