ΑΠΕΡΙΣΚΕΠΤΗ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑ Ή ΔΕΙΓΜΑ ΤΟΥ ΜΕΤΡΟΥ ΤΗΣ ΣΟΒΑΡΟΤΗΤΑΣ Ή ΑΝΙΚΑΝΟΤΗΤΑΣ
“Πολύ νωρίς δυστυχώς άρχισαν τα όργανα για την νέα δημοτική αρχή του Λουτρακίου, που δεν λέει να αλλάξει καμία συνήθεια της.
Λάθη, αστοχίες και παραλείψεις , ήταν και θα εξακολουθήσουν να είναι ο τρόπος που μπορεί να διοικεί τον δήμο Λουτρακίου-Περαχώρας-Αγίων Θεοδώρων.
Πρόσφατο αλλά χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα, η πολυδιαφημισμένη δημοπρασία για το Αλσύλλιο των Αγίων Θεοδώρων, που κατέληξε για μία ακόμα φορά σε τραγικό…ναυάγιο!
Την 18η Οκτωβρίου 2023, ημέρα Τετάρτη και ώρα 10:00 π.μ. στο Δημοτικό Κατάστημα του Λουτρακίου διενέργεια δημοπρασίας για την εκμίσθωση Δημοτικού ακινήτου Αλσυλλίου «ΛΙΑΝΤΡΟ» στη Δημοτική Κοινότητα Αγίων Θεοδώρων.
Η Δημοπρασία ματαιώθηκε γιατί μόλις μία εβδομάδα πριν την διενέργειά της, εντελώς τυχαία -όπως φαίνεται- έλαβαν γνώση οι αρμόδιοι ότι εντός του αλσυλλίου υπήρχαν κτίσματα και κατασκευές συνολικού εμβαδού 2.913,43 τ.μ. των οποίων είχε διαταχθεί η κατεδάφιση, ότι είχαν ασκήσει προσφυγή κατά της αποφάσεως κατεδάφισης από το 2011 και ότι με την Α92/2023 απόφαση του Διοικητικού Εφετείου Πατρών απορρίφθηκε η προσφυγή του Δήμου κατά της αποφάσεως κατεδάφισης και συνεπώς όλα τα κτίσματα και οι κατασκευές αυτές κρίθηκαν μη νόμιμες και κατεδαφιστέες.
Τι να πρωτοθαυμάσει κανείς. Το ότι δεν γνώριζαν ότι τα κτίσματα και οι κατασκευές που δημοπρατούσαν είχαν κριθεί κατεδαφιστέα μολονότι ο δήμος είχε ασκήσει προσφυγή κατά της κατεδάφισής τους ;
Την απερισκεψία ή αδιαφορία για τις εφιαλτικές απαιτήσεις του πλειοδότη-μισθωτή κατά του δήμου, αν συνεχιζόταν η δημοπρασία και τον εγκαθιστούσαν σε παράνομες και κατεδαφιστέες εγκαταστάσεις;
Την έλλειψη κάθε συντονισμού των υπηρεσιών του δήμου ή του μέτρου της σοβαρότητας των ενεργειών του;
Η μήπως όλα αυτά αποτελούν δείγματα ακολουθούμενης τακτικής, να εξυπηρετούνται συμφέροντα κάτω από το πρόσχημα της νομιμοφάνειας και να καλούνται οι σύμβουλοι στην οικονομική επιτροπή για να διεκπεραιώσουν ξένες υποθέσεις και να αποφασίσουν για αποτελέσματα που έχουν καθορισθεί εκ των προτέρων;
Τίποτα δυστυχώς δεν αλλάζει στον τόπο μας.
