Κυκλοφόρησε σήμερα μέσα από την εκπομπή Δύο στη 1 στην ΕΡΤ1 η συμμετοχή της Ελλάδας για την Eurovision 2023. Την χώρα μας θα εκπροσωπήσει ο 16χρονος Victor Vernicos με το τραγούδι What they say, ύστερα από αξιολόγηση της αρμόδιας Επιτροπής της ΕΡΤ. Η Ελλάδα θα διαγωνιστεί στον δεύτερο ημιτελικό του φετινού διαγωνισμού στο Λίβερπουλ στις 11 Μαΐου.
Το «What They Say είναι μια φεστιβαλική και δυναμική ρυθμική μπαλάντα, που έγραψε ο Βίκτωρας στα 14 του, για να μοιραστεί ένα προσωπικό του βίωμα.
Ο Victor Vernicos γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα και είναι ο νεότερος εκπρόσωπος που έχει στείλει ποτέ η χώρα μας στην Eurovision, καθώς είναι μόλις 16 ετών, ενώ το τραγούδι του «What They Say», με το οποίο θα μας εκπροσωπήσει, είναι δική του σύνθεση.
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι η Ελλάδα θα διαγωνιστεί στον Β’ Ημιτελικό της Eurovision, την Πέμπτη 11 Μαΐου.
