«Δεν επιτρέπεται το κάπνισμα στους κλειστούς χώρους και πρέπει να το δούμε, γιατί έχει ατονήσει και δεν εφαρμόζεται το μέτρο. Έχει μείνει λίγο πίσω», είπε και η αναπληρώτρια υπουργός Υγείας Μίνα Γκάγκα, με αφορμή τη συζήτηση που άνοιξε. Η αναπληρώτρια υπουργός Υγείας σημείωσε ότι «η αστυνομία είναι υπεύθυνη για την τήρηση του μέτρου», ενώ επεσήμανε πως η τήρηση του είναι σημαντική καθώς «το κάπνισμα δεν είναι υπόθεση μόνο όσοι καπνίζουν, γιατί έχουμε και τους παθητικούς καπνιστές που επιβαρύνονται».
