Το μαγείρεμα της ομελέτας το πραγματοποίησαν οι έμπειροι σεφ της Λέσχης Αρχιμαγείρων Αττικής – Ακρόπολις – Chef’s Club of Attica.

Το Σπάσιμο των αυγών  εγινε από το παιδικό τμήμα ομίλου λαϊκής παράδοσης «Αλκάθους & Καρία» και τη συμμετοχή των παιδιών από το τοπικό τμήμα του Σώματος Ελλήνων Προσκόπων.
