Την στάση της Δημοτικής Αρχής του Καλλικρατικού Δήμου Λουτρακίου, Περαχώρας, Αγίων Θεοδώρων, καταγγέλλει αναγνώστης της «Ζούγκλας», επισημαίνοντας ότι, για πολλοστή φορά ο Δήμαρχος Γ. Γκιώνης προκλητικά αγνοεί την Δημοτική ενότητα Αγίων Θεοδώρων, με τελευταίο κρούσμα την τοποθέτηση κάδων απορριμμάτων, στους οποίους αναγράφονται μόνον οι δημοτικές ενότητες Λουτρακίου και Περαχώρας.
«Όταν απευθύνθηκα στον τοπικό αντιδήμαρχο Σπύρο Ράτη για το θέμα μου είπε ότι πρόκειται περί λάθους του εργολάβου, το οποίο θα διορθωθεί μέσα σε μια εβδομάδα. Για το θέμα ενημέρωσα το γραφείο του αναπληρωτή υπουργού Εσωτερικών κ. Πέτσα.
Μετά από δέκα ημέρες, χωρίς να έχει γίνει καμία αλλαγή στις πινακίδες των κάδων, όταν συνάντησα σε κεντρικό δρόμο των Αγίων Θεοδώρων, παρουσία αυτοπτών μαρτύρων ο κ. Ράτης μου απάντησε ότι θα γίνει η διόρθωση των πινακίδων και θα αναγράφεται μόνον το όνομα της δημοτικής ενότητας Λουτρακίου !!!
Κατόπιν αυτού επικοινώνησα και πάλι με το γραφείο του κ. Πέτσα και ενημέρωσα ότι η αγανάκτηση κατοίκων και τοπικών φορέων με το νέο κρούσμα της κατάφορης διάκρισης που εξαιρεί την δημοτική ενότητα των Αγίων Θεοδώρων, και σύμφωνα με το καταστατικό λειτουργίας των Καλλικρατικών δήμων, πολύ σύντομα θα απαντηθεί με κλείσιμο της Εθνικής οδού Αθηνών – Κορίνθου στο ύψος των Αγίων Θεοδώρων, αλλά και άλλες κινητοποιήσεις» ανέφερε ο καταγγέλλων κι ακολούθως πρόσθεσε τα ακόλουθα:
«Να σημειωθεί ότι στην υποβάθμιση της ευρύτερης περιοχής των Αγίων Θεοδώρων υπάρχει και το σοβαρότατο πρόβλημα έλλειψης στελέχωσης του τοπικού Α.Τ. που καλείται να καλύψει τις ανάγκες 8.500 μόνιμων κατοίκων τον χειμώνα, αριθμός ο οποίος τριπλασιάζεται το καλοκαίρι, η πλημμελής λειτουργία των ΑΤΜ της περιοχής, ιδιαίτερα τα Σαββατοκύριακα και τις τελευταίες μέρες του μήνα όταν οι συνταξιούχοι σηκώνουν τις συντάξεις τους και τέλος η υπολειτουργία του τοπικού καταστήματος των ΕΛΤΑ, το οποίο φημολογείται ότι μάλλον πάει για κλείσιμο!!», αναφέρει ο καταγγέλλων και προσθέτει στη συνέχεια:
«Σε όλα τα παραπάνω προβλήματα, επισημαίνεται η επικείμενη λειτουργία του πρώτου πεντάστερου ξενοδοχείου αυτής της εμβελείας, της διεθνούς αλυσίδας ISLA BROWN HOTELS το οποίο θα εγκαινιάσει ο πρωθυπουργός Κ.
