Συνελήφθη το απόγευμα της Δευτέρας ο «νταής» που κλώτσησε το γατάκι στην Αιδηψό. Την είδηση ανακοίνωσε ο υπουργός Προστασίας του Πολίτη, Τάκης Θεοδωρικάκος, με ανάρτησή του στο Twitter.
«Πριν από λίγο συνελήφθη από την Ελληνική Αστυνομία ένα άτομο που κλώτσησε και πέταξε στην θάλασσα ένα γατάκι» αναφέρει στην ανάρτησή του.
«Η βία απέναντι και στα ζώα είναι απαράδεκτη. Η κυβέρνηση έχει ψηφίσει έναν αυστηρό νόμο για την προστασία των ζώων από την κακοποίηση ο οποίος εφαρμόζεται πλέον, αλλά σε κάθε περίπτωση αυτό είναι θέμα ανθρωπιάς και πολιτισμού. Θλίβομαι βαθιά για όσους κακομεταχειρίζονται τα ζώα και για όσους το ανέχονται. Συγχαίρω από καρδιάς όσους ανέδειξαν το θέμα. Ο λόγος τώρα ανήκει στην ελληνική δικαιοσύνη» συμπλήρωσε.
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι ο βασανισμός ζώου αποτελεί κακούργημα και επιφέρει πρόστιμο έως και 50.000 ευρώ και ποινή φυλάκισης έως 10 έτη.

Η πρώτη αντίδραση του «νταή», ήρθε μέσα από story στο Instagram, στο οποίο αναφερόταν με ύβρεις και χυδαίες εκφράσεις σε όλους όσους αντέδρασαν στην αθλιότητα που έπραξε.
Αργότερα, κι ενώ το θέμα είναι πάρει ακόμα μεγαλύτερη έκταση, ακόμα και με την παρέμβαση του υπουργού Προστασίας του Πολίτη, Τάκη Θεοδωρικάκου, ο «νταής» αποφάσισε να σβήσει τα υβριστικά στόρι και να ανεβάσει νέο βίντεο στο οποίο… ζητά συγγνώμη και χρησιμοποιεί ως δικαιολογία ότι αυτός και η παρέα του είχαν πιει λίγο παραπάνω.
«Ένα συγγνώμη για αυτό που έγινε χθες. Είχαμε πιει πέντε μπύρες παραπάνω. Κάναμε μια μ@@@ σε λογικά επίπεδα. Δεν πήγαμε να κάνουμε χοντρή μ@@@. Δεν κλοτσήσαμε, σπρώξαμε το γατί και έπεσε στους είκοσι πόντους στην παραλία», λέει σε κάποια από το βίντεο που δημοσίευσε στο Instagram δημοσιεύοντας παράλληλα φωτογραφίες με ζώα σε μία προσπάθεια να πείσει ότι είναι φιλόζωος και όχι κακοποιητής ζώων, όπως παρουσιάζεται στο βίντεο που ο ίδιος δημοσίευσε στα Μέσα Κοινωνικής Δικτύωσης.
